2020 Rental Fees

The Fruitland Grange has two floors.  The first floor contains the kitchen and dining area.  It is suitable for weddings, family celebrations, meetings, etc. 

Rental cost is $650

Deposit to hold the date is $100 and non-refundable

Damage Deposit is $500. Refundable if the hall is left clean and all rules are followed.  

The upper floor contains a stage and newly refinished hardwood floor.  No dancing, food or beverages are allowed on this floor.  Additionally this floor is not rented without the first floor.  All rental applications for these floors must be preapproved by the Grange.  Allow 14 days for review.
