I hereby apply for membership in the Fruitland Grange and attest that I am at least 13 1/2 years of age or older.  Application fee is $3.00 per individual and dues are $ 48.00     for each person (or ask about our family membership rate).  Total $ 51.00.

I desire to unite with others in elevating and advancing the interest of community life, family values and agriculture; receiving in turn the benefits and advantages of those who belong to the Grange.  I understand that $3.02 of my annual dues pays for a subscription to the Washington State Grange News that will be sent to the address above.
